all about water storage

you need one half to one gallon of water per person per day for
drinking and food preparation.

add another one half gallon or gallon per person per day for washing
dishes and yourself.

places to find water if you have none are the storage area of your
toilet and your water heater.

use food grade plastic. long term storage requires water trearment.
you could add chlorine bleach at 1/4 teaspoon per gallon or 16 drops.

store away from sunlight.

in emergencies, boil for 5 minutes. pour back and forth between pans
to add air to improve taste.

all of these are half dead or under attack

LED lantern powered by cranking for home or bugout location

We had a couple of blackouts and this one served us well. I like it since I can't burn down the house with it and since it is crank powered, I don't need to have batteries on hand.
